(Starting at $1000) For the the Couple looking for a Professional to smoothly execute the day of logistics and timelines for a beautiful and successful Wedding!
Initial Consultation + Two hours of face to face planning (FaceTime and/or Skype available) including unlimited email and phone communication during the month leading up to your wedding upon receiving retainer
Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites
Coordinate Ceremony rehearsal if needed (up to 2 hours) [liaise with on-site coordinator]
Confirm delivery of ceremony, reception decor and gifts to designated location and/or individual
Wedding day coordination and styling of all decor
Facilitate setup and tear down of all decor on wedding day
Collaborate with venue staff, all vendors and be the point of contact with questions and/or concerns a week before and during the wedding and reception
Coordinate wedding ceremony and reception [welcome minister, instruct and oversee bridal party/ushers/guestbook attendants/additional wedding party participants, maintain timelines, resolve any ceremony or reception related problems that may arise]

Distribute remaining vendor balances and tips on behalf of the couple at the end of the night

(Starting at $1350) Partnership with a Couple looking for assistance with the final execution of logistics leading up to the Wedding.
Initial Consultation + Two, Two hour planning meetings (Face-to-face, FaceTime, Skype), including unlimited email and phone communication three months leading up to your wedding upon receiving retainer
Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites
Coordinate Ceremony rehearsal if needed (up to 2 hours) [liaise with on-site coordinator]
